Rick and his crew just completed a large boat dock and a 20 x 40 steel and metal building for us on lake fork. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship they showed.They handled all drawings and permits with us doing hardly anything. We took three bids on these jobs. McKenzie Lake Works was just a hair higher than the others, but after doing our homework and looking at finished product, we now know why. Outstanding crew with a great reputation. You cant go wrong them.gedd

We had several projects done by Rick at our house on Tawakoni. We were very happy with the work performed. Rick went over and above to get the permits and approvals to get the work done.

McKenzie Lake Works did quite a few tasks for me this year: a great boat dock, metal building, fencing, and ran a water line. I was quite impressed with the work. He was very tentative always keeping me informed and doing what it took to satistfy me. Thanks Rick!

I met Rick 3 years ago, when I was gathering bids for a dock/boatlift for my house on Lake Tawakoni. I was struck by his candidness and impressed with the way he listened carefully to my design requirements. He made several recommendations that created a better dock/boatlift and saved me money. Through his long standing connections in the area and reputation for honesty and integrity, he was able to help expedite certain permit approvals that would have otherwise caused lengthy delays in the build process. Rick always practiced "Customer First". He kept me informed during all aspects of the build process and never left a call unanswered. I have been so impressed with his integrity and customer service that I have awarded him several other jobs without putting them out for bid and have recommended him multiple times over the last 3 years. I am happy to give Rick my wholehearted endorsement.
